A new Chinese armor modeling company makes an appearance! The first kit to be released by Gecko Models is this wonderfully detailed model of the WWII British Cruiser Tank Mk.IIA (A/10)!

Although classified as a Cruiser tank, the Mk.II was a bit heavy for the roll and thus considered more as a heavy cruiser. With only 175 of these tanks manufactured during the war, they didn’t make a huge impact. They saw limited service in the opening days of the war in France where they were found to have poor cross-country performance. They did however fare better in the North African campaign.
